The forecast called for rain, and then it didn't, but then it rained. I always check the forecast before a wedding day but this forecast was up in the air all thanks to Tropical Storm Anna. I literally stopped checking the radar and just decided to 'go with it'.
The day started off beautifully and I couldn't get over how gorgeous Meg's dress and details were. Me and my second photographer Kendall, swooned over the BHLDN dress all day! From there, we arrived at the Haywood Hall in downtown Raleigh. It's this charming plantation style house tucked in between modern day skyscrapers. Draped in the most gorgeous summer flowers, the scene was set for a perfect evening!
Meg & Tim have known each other forever and this wedding was long awaited! They both have huge families so it was very exciting to be in the middle of this huge celebration!
I could not have done this day without my second shooter Kendall (Kendall Lynnette Photography & Design). She took some of the shots below and I don't know what I would have done if she wasn't helping me! Kendall, if you're reading this, I love you and you're the greatest. I am so thankful I had you to help me and even more thankful to call you a friend!
