Nestled between the soft rolling hills of the Richmond suburbs is a beautiful little farm called Seven Springs. Straight out of the colonial period, this farm boasts an impressive campus of 1700 farmhouse, barns, cottages, and farm animals galore. From reading this, you wouldn't immediately think of wedding venue but after photographing there twice, I wouldn't think of anything else. This little corner of Virginia is paradise, where baby goats roam (in cages of course) and the light never seems to disappoint.
The forecast was calling for off and on rain but I knew it wouldn't be a problem and sure enough, the sun sneaked out when it was supposed to. There was a drizzle during the ceremony but who doesn't love snuggling underneath an umbrella? Especially when your best man is holding it for you. Natalie and Chris didn't even let it phase them as they said their vows between two towering trees in the backyard of the farm.
They say that it takes a village to pull of a perfect wedding and the best village is what I had on Saturday. An incredible team of vendors made Natalie & Chris' perfect vision a reality. It was such an honor to capture such a special day for two very special people along with their closest friends and family.
Congratulations Natalie & Chris, you're wedding day was SO beautiful. Natalie, you were the most stunning bride and Chris, you were an equally handsome groom! I wish you two both the happiest and all of the well wishes in all of your future endeavors! :)
