Can I preface this week's post with: I am not a food blogger, nor am I a food stylist. I can't style food and I can't even pretend like I know what I'm doing. This is a journal to document my cooking experience! Now, on to TAQUITOS! (Or because I messed up, burritos!)
I can't cook you guys. Jon has to help out if I want a fried egg, garlic bread in the broiler always ends up burnt, it's embarrassing. So I wanted to start making recipes that challenged me with skill, patience, and using ingredients I'm not use to cooking with. I wanted to start this process AND blog about it so that I can look back a year or two from now and say look how far I've come!
